Awards Season - Independent Film Awards

Hoje foi um grande dia para os filmes Indie!

 

Foram reveladas as nomeações dos Independent Spirit Awards e dos Gotham Awards, que acabaram por destacar os mesmos favoritos.

 

Quanto aos Independent Spirit Awards, os três grandes titãs, todos com seis nomeações, são Ballast, Frozen River e Rachel at the Wedding, sendo que todos estão na corrida para Melhor Filme, Melhor Realizador, Melhor Actriz e Melhor Argumento.

 

De sublinhar são ainda as quatro nomeações para Milk, e três para The Wrestler.

 

Rachel at the Wedding demonstra assim que não se fica de braços cruzados e que está forte e feio na luta por um lugar ao Sol em algumas das categorias principais dos Óscares. Frozen River e Ballast  poderão também fazer das suas! (É sempre engraçado quando acontece ehe).
