Críticos, jornalistas e escritores de Londres juntaram-se para votar os nomeados para os London Critics’ Circle Film Awards. Os indicados são liderados pelo thriller Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy e Drive, com seis nomeações cada um, sendo seguidos por A Separation e We Need to Talk About Kevin com cinco.

A Portugal calhou mais uma honra (merecida) - Mistérios de Lisboa é um dos cinco nomeados a Melhor Filme Estrangeiro.

Finalmente chegou o trailer por que todos esperávamos. E correspondeu às expectativas? Sim senhor. Apesar de alguns pormenores já muito discutidos pela Internet - desde a pouca presença de Batman ao diálogo imcompreensivel de Bane - quero acreditar, ou melhor, tenho a certeza que Christopher Nolan vai resolver todas as pontas soltas até The Dark Knight Rises chegar até nós.

Segundo a página oficial do facebook da Academia Portuguesa de Cinema (já agora, toca a ir gostar!), parece que os "nossos Oscars" já têm nome oficial e vão chamar-se Sophias.

A recém criada Academia Portuguesa de Cinema escolheu este nome para os prémios portugueses de cinema numa reunião que se deu ontem no Cinema São Jorge em Lisboa, tendo também sido aprovado o regulamento dos mesmos.

Os Sophias terão honras numa cerimónia de periodicidade anual que destacará o que de melhor se faz em Cinema, e que destinguirá Melhores Filmes, Actores, Curtas, etc, estando ainda planeado um prémio carreira.

A primeira edição está já a ser pensada para 2012.
